Questions Before You Get in Touch
Can you help with an existing Shopify store?
Yes. Most of our work is on stores that are already trading: fixing problems, improving performance or search visibility, or adding functionality to the current theme.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?
Choose "Not sure / Other" and describe the problem in your own words. We'll work out which kind of work it involves.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. We can support agencies on individual projects or across several client stores, with client communication handled the way you prefer. Choose "Agency partnership" in the form, or see our For Agencies page.
Can you help with one-off technical problems?
Yes. A single fix or investigation is a perfectly good reason to get in touch. There's no need to commit to anything ongoing.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Where it suits the work, we can discuss ongoing support. What that covers is agreed with you rather than sold as a fixed package.
How do you price projects?
Pricing depends on the scope and requirements, so we don't publish fixed prices. Once we understand what's needed, we'll explain the approach and what it would cost before any work begins.
