Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, where it is kept and what your rights are. It is written to describe what the site actually does; it will be updated if that changes.

Who we are

This website is operated by Shopi5Pro, a trading name of Digital Baraka, established in the United Kingdom. For anything relating to your personal data, including any of the requests described below, contact us through the enquiry form and say that your message is a data request.

What we collect and why

The only personal data this website collects directly is what you choose to send us through the enquiry form on the Contact page. That is:

  • Your name and email address, so that we can reply.
  • Your company or brand name and website address, if you provide them, so that we can understand your enquiry.
  • The service you are interested in, your project description, and an optional budget range and timeframe.
  • The date and time at which you ticked the consent box.

How we use it

We use the information in your enquiry to assess it and respond to you, and, if you go on to work with us, to prepare a proposal. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Our legal basis for processing your enquiry is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a request you have made to us. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; we will then delete your enquiry unless we are required to keep it.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Enquiries are stored in a database on a server we control, hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Only the people who handle enquiries have access to it.

When an enquiry arrives, an email notification is sent to us through Resend, an email delivery service, which processes the content of the notification for that purpose. The outcome of that notification is recorded against the enquiry.

Resend, Inc. is based in the United States, so the notification is processed there, and Resend keeps a record of sent messages for a limited period. The notification is delivered to an email inbox provided by Google.

Like almost every website, our web server keeps access logs that include the IP address of each request, the page requested and the browser used. These are used for security and troubleshooting and are kept for 14 days before being deleted automatically. The enquiry form itself does not store your IP address or browser details. To limit abuse, the server holds the IP address of each form submission in memory for up to 15 minutes; it is never written to disk or stored with your enquiry.

Analytics and cookies

If you accept analytics cookies on the banner, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, to understand how the website is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and whether an enquiry was sent (never what it said). If you reject them, or don't choose, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.

Google receives your IP address with each request, as any website you visit does; Google Analytics 4 does not log or store it. Our pages tell Google not to use this data for advertising or personalisation. Google may process the data in the United States, and it is kept in our Analytics account for no longer than 14 months.

The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. The Cookie Policy lists the cookies involved.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 12 months from the date they are submitted and then deleted, unless the enquiry has led to a working relationship, in which case the information forms part of our client records and is kept for as long as that relationship and our legal obligations require.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you have rights over your personal data, which typically include the right to access it, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us through the enquiry form. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office. If you live outside the UK, you may also be able to complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if what the website does changes. This version was last updated on 29 October 2026.
