For Agencies
Your Technical Partner for Shopify, Behind the Scenes.
You manage the client relationship. We handle the specialist Shopify development, technical SEO, performance work and custom integrations that help you deliver.
For web design, digital marketing and SEO agencies, and anyone else who looks after Shopify clients.
Diagram of who does what: your client works with your agency as usual; your agency owns the relationship, the brief and sign-off, and sends Shopi5Pro the brief and store access; Shopi5Pro carries out the technical delivery behind the scenes and returns tested work and handover notes to your agency.
Partnership models
Three Ways to Work Together
Choose the arrangement that suits the work. Whichever it is, the details are agreed before anything starts.
Your agency's name on the work
White-Label Technical Delivery
Where it's appropriate and agreed, we work in the background and the work reaches your client as your agency's: reports, documentation and handover notes prepared for your team to present.
- Branding, and how we're referred to, agreed up front
- Client contact only through you, unless you decide otherwise
- Handover written for your team to present
Suits: Agencies that sell Shopify work under their own brand
One defined piece of work
Project-Based Specialist Support
Bring us in for a specific job your team doesn't usually take on: a migration's SEO checks, a speed investigation, an integration or a bug nobody can pin down.
- Scoped and quoted from your brief
- A clear start, finish and handover
- No ongoing commitment
Suits: A single project with a clear scope
Across several client stores
Ongoing Technical Partnership
For agencies with a steady flow of Shopify work, we can act as a regular technical resource across client projects, with each store's work scoped and tracked separately.
- Each piece of work scoped before it starts
- Growing familiarity with your process and your clients' stores
- Availability agreed as work comes in, not promised in advance
Suits: Agencies with several Shopify clients
What we can handle
Specialist Work Your Team Can Hand Over
Each of these is a full service in its own right. This is where agencies usually bring us in.
Illustrative Gantt chart of one store relaunch over eight weeks, with launch day at the start of week six. Before launch: the theme build and custom sections (Shopify development) and the redirect map (technical SEO), then template and media checks (speed optimisation) and reconnecting stock and email systems (automations), which run into launch week. After launch: live checks and recrawl, then monitoring and weekly summaries (technical SEO).
Shopify Development
Custom sections, theme changes and functionality beyond what a page builder or standard theme can do.
Technical SEO & Migrations
Redirect mapping, launch checks, structured data and technical audits your SEO team can act on.
Speed Optimisation
Core Web Vitals investigations and fixes when a client asks why their store feels slow.
Fixes & Troubleshooting
Broken layouts, cart problems and app conflicts diagnosed without pulling your team off other work.
Automations & Integrations
Connecting the store to your client's other systems, and automating the repetitive work around it.
Dashboards & Business Tools
Reporting and internal tools for clients who have outgrown their spreadsheets.
AI Workflows, Where Relevant
Practical AI-assisted workflows with human review built in, only where they genuinely fit the client's process.
How the partnership works
From Your Brief to a Clean Handover

The requirements, the client's store and any deadlines. We ask what we need to understand the work properly.

Why agencies work with us
A Partner That Makes Your Agency Look Good
Specialist work only helps if it arrives scoped, tested and explained. That's the part we take seriously.
Specialist depth
Development, technical SEO, performance and integrations in one place, so one brief covers the whole problem.
Clear scoping
What's included and the price, agreed before work starts. Anything extra is raised first.
Practical communication
Plain-English updates at the agreed points, like the example here.
Careful testing
Changes go on a duplicate theme or safe copy first, then are checked on the live store.
Documentation
A written report at the end: what changed, why, and how it was checked.
Respect for your relationships
We never market to your clients, and contact follows the arrangement you set.

Questions Agencies Ask
Can you work under our agency's brand?
Where it's appropriate and agreed before work starts, yes. Reports, documentation and handover notes can be prepared for your team to present as your agency's work, and we agree in advance how, or whether, we're referred to.
Will you contact our clients directly?
Only if you want us to. By default we work with your team and everything goes through you. If direct contact would help, for example on a technical call you arrange, that's agreed at the start.
Can you handle one-off projects?
Yes. Many projects are a single, defined piece of work with a clear scope, a finish and a handover. There's no need to commit to anything ongoing.
Can you support multiple client stores?
Yes. Work across several client stores is scoped and tracked separately for each store. Availability is agreed as work comes in rather than promised in advance, so we'll always tell you honestly when we can start.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Client details, store access and project information are used only for the work you've asked for. We never name your clients or show identifiable work in our own marketing: every case study on this site is anonymised. If you need a confidentiality agreement, we can discuss one before work begins.
How are projects scoped and priced?
From your brief. We review the technical requirements, confirm the approach and agree what's included and the price before work starts. We don't publish fixed agency rates, because the work varies too much from one project to the next.
What access do you need to a client's store?
Usually a collaborator or staff account with the permissions the work needs, requested through you. Access can be removed as soon as the work is handed over.
Can you work alongside our own developers or designers?
Yes. We can take on the technical parts of a project while your team handles design, content or account management, with responsibilities agreed at the start so nothing falls between the gaps.

Discuss an Agency Partnership
Tell us about your agency, the Shopify work you take on and where specialist support would help. We'll reply with how we'd approach it.
There's no commitment in asking. A short description is enough to start the conversation.
Helpful to include
- The kinds of clients and stores you work with
- The work you'd like support with
- Any deadlines or projects already in the pipeline
