Terms of Website Use

These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not cover the services we provide to clients, which are governed by a separate agreement.

About this website

This website is operated by Shopi5Pro, a trading name of Digital Baraka, established in the United Kingdom. By using the site you accept these terms.

What the site is for

The website describes the services we offer and lets you send us an enquiry. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance; a quotation or proposal we send you in response to an enquiry will set out the terms on which we would work.

Articles and case studies are published for general information. They describe our approach and, in the case studies, anonymised work we have done. They are not advice about your particular store, and outcomes on any store depend on its own setup, content, apps and third-party services.

Independence from Shopify

Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc. Shopi5Pro is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of Shopify Inc. References to Shopify on this site describe the platform our services relate to.

Intellectual property

The text, graphics and code of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may read, print and share links to pages for your own use. You may not copy the content for commercial use or present it as your own without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You must not use the enquiry form to send unsolicited marketing, abusive content or anything unlawful, and you must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site. We limit the rate at which the form can be submitted and reject submissions that appear to be automated.

Links to other sites

Where this site links to third-party websites, including documentation and tools we refer to in articles, we do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. This version was last updated on 29 October 2026.
